OUR STORY
Until now, families in Boston seeking a Bais Yaakov education sent their daughters out of town.
Bais Yaakov of Boston was founded with a handful of students.
Our new building opened its doors.
Bais Yaakov of Boston continues to thrive as the only all-girls’ Jewish high school in the Boston community.
PASSIONATE ABOUT PROGRESS
We push students to explore new frontiers, and give them the support they need to succeed.
On Top of Tech
Students get hands-on experience with technology in our spacious computer lab, learning many skills from the basics of JavaScript to graphic design and applications. At the same time, our Teens & Technology Program guides students toward safe and ethical use of technology.
Full STEM Ahead
Our multiple math tracks offer students the option to prepare now for higher education. But we don’t stop there. Our Women & STEM Program welcomes successful career women in STEM-related professions to join us as guest speakers. Women in fields influenced by science, technology, engineering and math share their stories to guide and inform our students as they plan their own career paths. Our students also benefit from special access to community labs, science equipment from Harvard University, and an exclusive relationship with the Harvard Life Science Laboratory.
College-ready
11th and 12th grade curricula offer opportunities for dual enrollment with a local college. Students work hard and study intensely to graduate with up to 22 college credits!

Performing Arts Program
While our girls paint scenery, lead committees, and choreograph dance movements, they also gain confidence, find outlets for self-expression, and share a sense of unified pride and purpose. In a production considered by many to be the highlight of the year, students work as a team to cast, coordinate, rehearse, and perform a high-energy musical performance that is widely attended by the women of the community.
Learning is not about knowing one subject, mastering one skill, or acing one test.
IT IS THE PROCESS OF BECOMING PREPARED FOR THE FUTURE.
